Training for cast and crew pre-production. We provide abseil training for actors in addition to a range of outdoor technical skills. This training allows 1 to 1 lead actor instruction, coaching and rehearsing. Common training includes: abseiling, boat handling, caving, archery, rock climbing and working in hazardous situations.
All training is within Health and Safety guidelines before the filming day and during filming, adhering to best practice.
All staff are qualified instructors in their respective areas.
We can provide training on structures and natural environments from our base in Bristol, or we can travel to locations convenient to you across Bristol and the South West, Cardiff and South Wales, and beyond. Training can be scheduled to take place in advance of planned filming dates or can be built into the schedule at the filming location to suit the production needs.
We have provided training to both adult and child actors where confidence is key to a quality performance and have worked across a variety of HETV and Film productions.
It is often necessary to place crew, sound or camera operators safely at height and our training and supervision caters for this also.
