‘The Chamber’ is an action thriller based on a submarine hijack. OSSS worked with the production safety crew we risk assessed the implications of a gradually flooding capsule. This sequence was mainly filmed in a studio and presented a unique combination of potential hazards.
OSSS provided safety advice, equipment and swimmers ensuring safety and well being of cast and crew before during and after this phase of filming.
Subsequent shots included safety cover for the emergence of actors and crew – all in fast flowing off-shore water. We also provided advice on set for filming in a helicopter cockpit.
